22 rooms · 386–413 sq ft with balcony · Four cottages, eight wings
Twenty-two rooms spread across the villa wings. Upper rooms have a balcony and ground-floor rooms open to a garden sit-out. Each wing shares a living room and the lawns outside.

The largest rooms, with an extra built-in bed that suits children. Eight of them sit in the cottages under pitched pine ceilings.

Villa wings with a kitchenette
Two villa wings have their own kitchenette, a dining table and a shared living room with a fireplace. Take the whole wing with family or friends and cook when you feel like it.
The kitchenette is booked in advance and charged separately. A kitchen assistant can be arranged at a charge.

Arriving and leaving
Check-in from 2:00 pm. Check-out by 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.
Cancellation
No charge if you cancel in writing more than 15 days ahead in peak season, or more than 7 days ahead in off-season. Bookings are confirmed once paid in advance.
